Payment Terms:

• Our payment terms are strictly due upon service completion. Payment must be made on the day of service.
• Title of any goods purchased remains the property of Ark Appliance Repairs until payment is made in full.
• Payment for service, labour, and parts (if applicable) is required on the day the service is provided.

Warranty Terms:

• 90-Day Recall Guarantee on the service call fee for the same fault (excludes blockages).
• Warranty on parts is 12 months, excluding damage caused by negligent use or misuse.

Late Payment Policy:

• Just a gentle reminder: any account 7-10 days overdue will incur a 10% late fee, and 11 or more days overdue will incur a 20% late fee.

Liability:

• Ark Appliance Repairs takes utmost care when moving appliances during service but does not accept liability for any damage that may occur. Customers may arrange for the appliance to be moved for access prior to service.
• Ark Appliance Repairs is not liable for food loss during appliance repairs or service.

Additional Terms:

• Acceptance of our goods, service, or quotation is an automatic acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
• Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
• Customers will receive a confirmation call or message upon booking. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the technician at the scheduled time. If our technician arrives and no one is home, a $50 fee will be charged.
