1. Acceptance and Service Scope
• Acceptance of any goods, service or quotation confirms acceptance of these terms.
• Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the scheduled appointment incur a $50 cancellation fee.
• If no one is available when the technician arrives, a $50 no-show fee is charged.

2. Payment Terms
• Payment for service, labour and parts is due on the day of service.
• Title to any goods remains with Ark Appliance Repairs until payment is received in full.

3. Late Payment Policy
• Accounts 7 to 10 days overdue incur a 10% late fee.
• Accounts 11 or more days overdue incur a 20% late fee.

4. Parts Availability
• The service fee covers onsite diagnosis only. A required part may be found to be discontinued or on extended back order after assessment.
• If this occurs Ark Appliance Repairs will inform the customer, refund any deposit paid for that part, or provide a quote for an approved alternative repair or replacement.
• The service fee remains payable.  Ark Appliance Repairs is not liable for any delay, loss or expense arising from manufacturer part unavailability.

5. Warranty Terms
• 90 day recall guarantee on the service call fee for the same fault (blockages excluded).
• 12 month parts warranty applies, excluding damage caused by negligent use or misuse.

6. Liability
• Ark Appliance Repairs takes care when moving appliances but is not liable for any damage that may occur. Customers may arrange for the appliance to be moved for access prior to service.
• Ark Appliance Repairs is not liable for food loss during appliance repairs or service.

7. Australian Consumer Law
• Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies provided by the Australian Consumer Law.
